Promoting gender equality is a key strategic priority for the HZI. Our activities on gender equality are coordinated by the Equal Opportunities Officer.
The Helmholtz Association strongly encourages and supports the personal and professional development of its staff. This is why the Helmholtz Association offers a broad portfolio of mentoring programmes. These programmes are designed for different needs and stages of the career. They are open to HZI employees based on an HZI-internal application procedure.
