Antiviral strategies have historically prioritized pathogens over hosts: we plan to reverse this with a holistic approach addressing both virus and host reactions with next-generation antiviral agents featuring a broad spectrum of activities that can both universally maximize innate and adaptive immunity against viruses and, simultaneously, inhibit viral replication and block immune evasion.
